This rapper's not interested in just spitting bars
Rapping about chicks and topless cars,
Neither am impressed about the chain on ya chest
I've heard it all before, I press pause,
In fact I press delete from my iTunes,
Blue moon since I heard the last song that made my heart move
Show and prove,
Dude, when did Hip hop become a cartoon?
True, that side was there from day one,
Plus peace, love, happiness and having fun, I know,
I'm not saying to go back,
I'm saying when the party's done, the lights fade to black,
Where you at?
Is that it?
It sounds counterfeit,
To be honest I wont stand to hear to the sound of it.
I need more, are you poison or cure?
Verse 2
My militant rhymes are bellicose,
Cause an entire generation is in a state of comatose
Note, that the world. The message it promotes,
And the death it denotes is killing folks
Nothing but lies on the airwaves
Devils' scheme is harebrained
I'm terrorised in my ears let alone on an airplane,
Its not comical
Neither is it optimal
My weakness is optical
And everywhere I'm looking is an obstacle
And we ask where the men at?
Won't they please rise?
Begin to act their age instead of their shoe size,
Huh we're headed for demise
No surprise at the current affairs
When even men in leadership get involved in affairs
Integrity in my own life,
Walking the walk means I'm husband of one wife that's right!
Verse 3
Don't get me wrong I still love H.E.R
I'm not that nostalgic, hip hop grandpa
They don't make em like the used to
They make them different, we adapt and that's something to get used to I'm with it
But if it's more than just skills and rhymes,
I better say something that is worth your time,
Fine, You have the right to express your own view
But what does what you say say about you?
It's tells me what you value, how you see truth,
It tells me what you long for,
What you pursue,
Does what you seek bring life or just top up the emptiness,
When you're lost and alone tell me what good a Bentley is?
Keep your mind sharp not blunt
To my fellow man please do not front.
